12% ABV Traditional Baltic Porter fermented with lager yeast, then lagered in stainless for an additional 6 weeks. The beer was then transferred out of the fermenter into freshly dumped French Oak Tawny Port barrels, direct from Portugal. It was then aged in the cold for 16 months, transferred back into stainless and lagered for an additional 2 weeks! The result is a Porter with light oak tannins, medium body, minimal sweetness and a zippy carbonation level. Flavors of dry dark chocolate and espresso.

Biodynamic bubbly out of Catalonia, Spain. Bone dry with dazzlingly juicy notes of raspberry, rose and thyme. Gentle fizz and cool acidity round it out. Delicate, yet grippy, with structured tannins. This is a crowd pleaser!

This sparkling rosé is from Vinícola Nulles, a 90-year-old co-op out of Tarragona, Spain and features the not-often-seen Trepat grape. Juicy and light with the perfect salinity to pair with oysters, or to simply share with friends on a sunny day!

This Chilean red has no added sulfites and minimal intervention. A lighter and fresh style of Montepulciano, featuring bright red and dark fruit flavors and a hint of spice.

domaine de sulauze ‘cochon’

This big red blend of Grenache,  Cinsault,  Syrah,  Cabernet Sauvignon,  Mourvèdre and  Vermentino is made at Domaine de Sulauze, France. Broody, rich and weighty, but somehow not heavy. Soft and smooth flavors of dark forest fruits and a light acidity made for easy drinking. Medium-bodied and dry.
