9th Anniversary Stout/Barleywine

Barrel Aged Sky Summoner is the barrel-aged version of our collab with Horus Aged Ales, released at Dark Daze 2023. The original recipe was a mash-up of Kyle's base imperial stout mixed with one of our house imperial stouts, then we conditioned that beer on Wild Thai banana, toasted coconut, and whole vanilla beans from Uganda, Tahiti, and the Congo. We then took that beer post-conditioning on the adjuncts and aged it in a blend of Blis Maple Bourbon, Laird's Apple Brandy, and Willett Family Reserve barrels for 16 months. The final result is an incredibly refined version of the original release. All the adjuncts have married quite nicely and now have become an added complexity, all with a prominent spirit/oak backbone. Notes of Mounds candy bars, Banoffee pie, Cocoa Puffs, and maple-drenched chocolate chip pancakes. Incredibly drinkable and not overly sweet.

Half of this batch is fresh, while the other half is blended barrel aged stock of different recipes and ages from our barrel cellar including 30 month Apple Brandy Sleeping Forever, 30 month Buffalo Trace rye barrel aged Imperial Stout stock, and 48 month Buffalo Trace bourbon aged Imperial Stout stock. The stock recipes are each different. We have always loved the idea of adding a touch of barrel aged beer to fresh Imperial Stouts to add depth and character, and Iron Jaw is an extension of that. An incredibly complex beer in a can for your enjoyment right now that was years in the making.

Holographic Universe: Extended Age is our Untappd Gold Medal-winning Wheatwine aged in Willett Bourbon barrels for 40 months (19 months longer than the original release)! Arndorfer Strasser Weinberge Riesling is a white wine produced by Austrian winemakers Martin and Anna Arndorfer. The grapes are sourced from two of Kamptal's most important crus, Strasser Gaisberg and Wechselberg. Both of these sites are planted to old Riesling vines which tend to give more concentrated grapes. In the winery, Martin enjoys experimenting with different vessels, often using a mix of stainless steel and oak, which he uses to build complexity in his final wine.
