Imperial Stout blended with Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout =. The siblings to Iron Jaw, Steel Spine has an extremely complex malt profile. Over 13 different malts were used in this beast. Right before packaging we blend in a few barrels of Bourbon barrel-aged stout aged for 18-30 months to round things out. Viscous and jet black with layered notes of Hershey’s syrup, Vietnamese coffee, Nutella, underbaked brownies, and melty candy bars, followed by an assertive, yet balanced hop and roast presence. This is one of our most crushable Imperial Stouts for the ABV.

Demon has an explosive aroma and flavor profile with notes of dank, sticky hops, bright stone fruit, grapefruit rind, and a touch of melon. Fairly dry with a crisp effervescence, a touch of alcohol heat, and a resinous finish.

Arndorfer Strasser Weinberge Riesling is a white wine produced by Austrian winemakers Martin and Anna Arndorfer. The grapes are sourced from two of Kamptal's most important crus, Strasser Gaisberg and Wechselberg. Both of these sites are planted to old Riesling vines which tend to give more concentrated grapes. In the winery, Martin enjoys experimenting with different vessels, often using a mix of stainless steel and oak, which he uses to build complexity in his final wine.
